In VET, strong assessment relies on quality evidence. When assessors are not onsite, assessment evidence can arrive by email, shared drives, or informal links. This can create inconsistent review, weaker audit trail records, and extra effort during validation and moderation.
Common Use Cases
Remote Reviewer is a web based assessment platform that enables learners or workers to capture or upload video and audio workplace evidence from anywhere, while enabling assessors and reviewers to observe, review, and assess that evidence in a structured and consistent way.
How It Works
Create a review and secure link
Set evidence type, due date and attempts, task set, unit or activity reference, and Learning Record Store (LRS) endpoint for xAPI.
Evidence capture
Learners record or upload video and audio evidence using the secure link from a phone or laptop, and assessors are notified.
Review and observation
Assessors review workplace observation evidence against the task set, and ReviewAI may indicate item probability while assessor judgement remains the decision point.
Attempt and outcomes
Support multiple attempts where required and retain the evidence trail for each submission, review, and outcome.
ReviewAI analyses patterns across reviews to support assessors with additional insight. It does not replace professional judgement, but provides structured signals that can improve consistency and highlight trends.
